Order Cancellation
- Customer Cancellation: You may cancel an order free of charge via the app before the order status changes to "Packed" or "Dispatched".
- Late Cancellation: Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not permitted to prevent perishable item loss.
- Store Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery restrictions. Any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of grocery items, specific return timelines apply:
- Fresh Produce (Fruits & Vegetables): At time of delivery due to damaged, spoiled, rotten, or incorrect item received.
- Perishables (Dairy, Bread, Frozen Items): At time of delivery due to expired item, broken packaging, or temperature spoilage.
- Packaged Goods & Staples (Grains, Snacks, Canned): Within 48 hours of delivery due to damaged outer seal, past expiration date, or defective batch.
- Non-Food Items (Household & Cleaning): Within 2 days of delivery if unopened, unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once a return or refund request is verified and approved by our customer support team:
- Prepaid Orders (UPI, Net Banking, Cards): Refunded to the original payment source within 12 business hours; if any inconvenience occurs, it will be intimated on call.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via store cash pickup or direct UPI transfer upon customer verification.
Product Freshness & Return Guidelines
- Natural Composition: Due to the unrefined, natural nature of our products, ambient climate conditions can sometimes lead to insect activity.
- Inventory Advice: Customers are encouraged to order for immediate consumption to prevent quality degradation from prolonged storage.
