Delete From Inside the App
This is the fastest route and needs no contact with us. Open the Sawasheri Direct app, go to Profile, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, then to confirm once more. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
If You Have Uninstalled the App
Email support@sawasheribrothers.com with the subject "Delete my account", sent either from the email address on your account or quoting the phone number you registered with, so we can identify the account. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently erases:
- Your name, email address, and gender.
- Your phone number, which is released so it can be used to register a new account.
- Every saved delivery address.
- Your wishlist.
- Your support queries.
- All signed-in sessions and push-notification tokens, on every device.
What Is Kept, and Why
Past orders and their invoices are retained, together with the name and phone number each order was placed under. Indian tax and commercial law requires a seller to keep these records, so we cannot delete them on request.
They are no longer linked to any account that can be signed in to. Nobody can log in and see them, and they are not used to contact you or to build a profile.
